      Hi Robin! I only use this brand as it’s 100% organin non gmo.https://livingtraditionallystore.com/beautiful-body/organic-spirulina-powder-16-oz/ Yes, follow the directions on the package. I add it daily into my smoothie. You can also add it to any organic juice.

    Hi. Can you please tell me. Does only the Blue/Green Spirulina contain all of those Nutrients that you have mentioned ! E.g. Vit.K ?

      Hi Barbara! Spirulina in general contains these elements. It just has to be pure organic!
