Baking soda and Sea Salt For Strong and Healthy Teeth
- Add 1tsp of sea salt to 2 tsp. baking soda and stir the two ingredients well with a spoon.
- Wet your toothbrush and dip it in the salt and baking soda mixture. Brush the teeth as usual. Rinse with water.
You can also use this mixture as a mouth rinse.
Salt Water Mouth Rinse (for sore gums, mouth, or throat)
½ cup warm water
½ teaspoon sea salt (here)
¼ teaspoon baking soda
Mix water, sea salt and baking soda and stir well.
Take a mouthful and swish it your mouth then spit it out.
