Did you know that sitting for too long can lead to serious health problems, such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. It can also cause some mental health problems. According to a new study published in the Internal Medicine discovered that even if you exercise all the time, sitting for long periods of time is a risk factor for early death.

According to a study done by the American College of Cardiology,  sitting for a long time  can be more dangerous than smoking. t is linked to i obesity, diabetes,  heart disease, cancer and even early death.

Apple Cider Vinegar lowers blood sugar levels better than Metformin (a popular anti-diabetic medication). This is what I take daily - here

Cardiologist Dr David Coven said: ‘Smoking certainly is a major cardiovascular risk factor and sitting can be equivalent in many cases.

In fact, sitting, lie smoking is not reversible through exercise or other positive health changes. Even if you exercise for a couple of hours each day, if you spend the rest of the day sitting you are still in danger.

Here is what you should do daily

  • Stand up regularly.
  • Take short walks every hour. Go outside or walk around your office.
  • Invest into a standing desk.  (like this)

By simply standing up regularly while you work,  you’ll decrease your risk of  diseases and obesity.

Take Collagen Daily

Taking collagen daily will repair tissues due to the amino acids in collagen, gylcine and proline. Collagen supplements will help with stiff joints (especially needed if you sit for a prolonged time). Various studies also prove that supplementing with collagen builds bone density.
