2 ripe avocados, pit and skin removed
1 to 2 garlic cloves, grated
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Small bunch of cilantro, roughly chopped
Sea salt, to taste
Method
1. Slice the avocado in half, remove the skin and remove the pit.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until super smooth. Add salt
3. Place a rectangular piece of aluminum foil on a cutting board. Place am equal size of plastic wrap on top. Scoop the mixture onto the plastic wrap and fold the plastic wrap lengthwise. Roll it up. Fold the aluminum foil and twist it in the opposite direction until it looks like a firm log.
