- 1 full teaspoon of ground organic turmeric (where to find)
- 4 cups of water
- Raw Honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root
- Juice of half a lemon
- In a saucepan, combine ginger, turmeric and water. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Make sure the mixture does not boil.
- When ready, strain the tea through a mesh strainer, and add lemon juice, and honey to taste.
