The main ingredient, chickpeas, are actually good for you. They are high in fiber, which means they help with digestion and help lower blood sugar and cholesterol. They also have protein which gives you energy and helps you feel full!
To make this chocolate hummus recipe, as with any hummus, you’ll need a food processor. (If you don’t have one, here’s a food processor we recommend.) Then simply blend together chickpeas with tahini, maple syrup, cocoa powder and vanilla! They come together into a beautifully creamy dip.
