We should get used to the idea that strengthening our immune system is not only a one time winter thing,  but really a year-long and day-to-day priority.

In fact, essential oils have been found to contain the immune system strengthening properties.

Inhalation is the most effective method of using essential oils for the immune system. You can do this by diffusing the oils, sniffing the bottle directly, or applying them on your body.

Apple Cider Vinegar lowers blood sugar levels better than Metformin (a popular anti-diabetic medication). This is what I take daily - here

You can also add 5 drops of the oil to a hot tub.

Oregano essential oil

You can mix it with a carrier oil and rub on the bottom of your feet at night. Slip on socks and go to bed! Our feet are very porous, which is why putting oils on the bottom of our feet is so effective.

Additionally, take Reishi

Reishi mushroom has been used to help strengthen the immune system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and lessen fatigue. Polysaccharide compounds found in reishi mushrooms benefit the immune system in various ways. By activating immune cells such as macrophages and helper-T cells, reishi influences cellular immunity.
