Ingredients

  • 500 mL water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 tbsp spirulina (find organic spirulina here)

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients and drink right after waking up.  If you’re having this before breakfast, wait at least 30 minutes before eating.
