Turmeric Golden Milk Popsicles to Help Boost The Immune System
- 2 cups unsweetened canned coconut milk
- 3 tbsp raw honey (here)
- 1 teaspoon Organic turmeric powder here
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger (here)
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 1 hour. Insert the sticks and freeze until solid, for 4 hours more.
