November 26, 2018 by Anya 2 Comments

Did you know that having even just one can of diet soda a day is slowly killing you? In fact, diet soda causes stroke and dementia

Researchers from Boston’s University School of Medicine confirmed that people who drink a can of artificially-sweetened soft drink a day were at three times the risk of deadly stroke and dementia.

This study also discovered that diet soft drinkers were 2.9 times more likely to develop Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

Diet Soda Causes Stroke and Dementia

This 10 year study of more than 4,300 people, states:

“Drinking at least one artificially sweetened beverage daily was associated with almost three times the risk of developing stroke or dementia compared to those who drank artificially sweetened beverages less than once a week,” the research read, which was published in Stroke, the journal of the American Heart Association.

Diet Soda Contains Aspartame

Aspartame – an addictive carcinogenic neurotoxin that’s  been linked almost a hundred different diseases such as Alzheimer disease, birth defects, diabetes, attention deficit disorders, Parkinson disease, lupus and much more.

In fact, aspartame depletes serotonin, and can trigger a lot of brain and neurological issues such as bipolar depression, mood swings, paranoia, hallucination and suicidal tendencies.

Aspartame contains amino acids that  attack your cells, even crossing the blood-brain barrier to attack your brain cells, creating a toxic cellular overstimulation called excitotoxicity.

DETOX TOXINS FROM YOUR BODY

Fortunately, it is quite easy and inexpensive to cleanse your body of toxic substances by using foods in your diet such as spirulina.

( you can find it here) It is known for its distinctive green color and strong odor.  Spirulina is the most effective food that removes heavy metals from the nervous system and the liver. It has the most detoxifying effect on your body.
