How to make Golden Milk
Ingredients
1/8 tsp. turmeric (find the best organic kind here)
1 cup coconut milk (find it here)
1 cup water
raw, organic honey to taste
a pinch of black pepper
Directions
- Heat all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Stir well.
- Bring to a simmer and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
- add honey to taste.
Drink a cup of golden milk two or three times per day for best results.
