Castor Oil Packs: Get rid of Spider Veins, Swollen Legs, Menstrual Cramps, Bloating

June 1, 2022 by Anya Leave a Comment

Castor oil packs are an easy and effective method that is used to improve your lymphatic drainage and detoxify the body. The packs can also strengthen the immune system, improve bowel movements, reduce food sensitivities, reduce inflammation, and improve overall health.

Castor oil is made up of 90% of ricinoleic acid  which is responsible for the health benefits found in castor oil packs.

To make a castor oil pack, you simply apply a piece of fabric soaked in castor oil to the body.

Apple Cider Vinegar lowers blood sugar levels better than Metformin (a popular anti-diabetic medication). This is what I take daily - here

Make sure to use castor oil that is cold-pressed and free of additives and hexane like this one.
