Black Seed – ‘The Remedy For Everything But Death’

It also has myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid, proteins, and vitamins B1, B2,B3, calcium, folate, iron, copper, zinc, and phosphorous.

How to Use Black Seed Oil

For topical uses, massage the oil onto the skin. Black seed oil can be consumed in either capsule or liquid form.

Start with 1 teaspoon (5 mL) a day for general health purposes.

Mix liquid black seed oil with raw organic honey or lemon juice.

 

For Autoimmune Conditions

Start with 1 teaspoon taken immediately after your largest meal for 4 days.

On the 5th day start taking 2 teaspoons and on 10th day move up to 1 tablespoon.
