Hydrogen Peroxide – also known by its chemical formula, H2O2 – is a powerful oxidising agent composed of water and oxygen.
When using a 35% food-grade source with no additives or impurities, Hydrogen Peroxide can be miraculous in helping to deal with many health conditions.
WHAT IS HYDROGEN PEROXIDE?
Hydrogen Peroxide is just water with an extra oxygen molecule (H2O2) It is formed naturally in the environment by sunlight interacting with water; and produced by both animal and plant cells.
HOW DOES HYDROGEN PEROXIDE WORK?
H2O2 effectively kills disease-causing microorganisms by ‘oxidising’ them in a process which breaks down organic materials into oxygen and water.
Did you know that your body can naturally produce a form of H2O2? It is used by the immune system to help fight infections. Your white blood cells use Hydrogen Peroxide to help combat any toxins, bacteria, parasites or yeast invading your body.
Hydrogen peroxide is able to inactivate bacteria, yeast and fungi. You can find a list of brand name disinfectants approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration that contain 1% to 7.5% of hydrogen peroxide on the FDA’s website. According to the CDC, household (3 percent) hydrogen peroxide is effective in deactivating rhinovirus within 6 to 8 minutes of exposure.
As stated by the CDC:
“Hydrogen peroxide works by producing destructive hydroxyl free radicals that can attack membrane lipids, DNA, and other essential cell components.
Catalase, produced by aerobic organisms and facultative anaerobes that possess cytochrome systems, can protect cells from metabolically produced hydrogen peroxide by degrading hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen. This defense is overwhelmed by the concentrations used for disinfection.”
Commercially available 3% hydrogen peroxide is stable and effective for disinfecting a wide variety of surfaces.

Hydrogen Peroxide Uses and Benefits
Hydrogen peroxide is very effective. It is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-mold, and anti-mildew. It cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes surfaces (study)
1.) Hair bleacher – HP acts as a milder and non toxic version of hair dyes. Use it as you would use any other bleaching product to get desired results.
2.) Wound cleaning and disinfection – this is very beneficial for small wounds. Just directly apply 3 % hydrogen peroxide on the wound.
3.) Treats calluses and corns – mix equal parts of hydrogen peroxide and warm water and soak your feet in the mixture.
4) Helps with foot fungus – prepare a mixture of HP and water.Apply mix to fungus directly.
5.) Stain remover – Apply directly on stain, leave it on for a few minutes and clean with cold water. Repeat if needed.
6) Household cleaner – Add hydrogen peroxide to a spraying bottle and use it on a daily basis.
7) Bleach laundry – Add 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide to the load and let the laundry soak for 30 minutes. Wash as usual.
8.) Neutralizes odors – Mix white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide and soak fabrics in it.
9.) Carpet and rug washer – Just spray a diluted solution onto the rug or carpet. Then wash it as per usual.
10.) Clean tiles – Spray hydrogen peroxide directly on tiles, leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse off.
11.) Toilet cleanser – pour 1/2 a cup of HP into the toilet bowl and leave it inside for 30 minutes.
12) Hydrogen peroxide for teeth whitening. Pour 1/4 cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide into a glass. Swish the solution around the entire mouth for approximately 1 minute. Spit it out.

Hi Anya–I love your research and good advise. I just wanted to mention that 3% H2O2 needs to be used only the first time for wound cleaning and once per week at most and very diluted for oral hygiene. Hospitals have even cut back on use because it is so powerful it kills the living tissue it comes in contact with.

Another lie from the FDA. If they have their way, there will be no natural products we can use. They have already done away with so many of natures wonderful healing vertures. They want us to use only their chemical laden pharmaceuticals. Putting money in their evil pockets, while killing us. People need to wake up! They lie. Period!
Anya
Hi Suez! Well said!!!!
Sue Cordes
Thank you Anya, people need to wake up, and do some research instead of believing everything the Big Pharma trained Doctors are telling them. People also need to know that Doctors get a percentage of every prescription they dole out, and bonuses also. Also trips and incentive’s for all flu shots, that are soooo bad for us.. God Bless you and your web-site, I really appreciate it!
Anya
Hi Sue! Thank you so so much for your kind words! It means the world to me

I agree! That’s why I use an online wellness c9mpany for my more natural products…safer is better…know better do better!

Peroxide should NOT be used in fresh cuts/wounds, as it kills the cells that immediately rush the area healing, and leads to scarring. .

ALWAYS use 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide in a dilute solution. NEVER use it as a concentrate without diluting it first. To make a 3% solution: Mix 1 ounce of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide with 11 ounces of water.
Anya
Correct!

I have 8% Hydrogen Peroxide. Can anyone tell me what percentage dilution to use to make it safe?
Thank you.
Dave
Just buy 3% food grade no preservatives. In the uk. That’s what I do. There is a few different protocols but I started with 3 drops in 8oz of distilled water. Went up to 12 drops twice a day on empty stomach. Then came back down to maintenance of 5 drops. Not had any negative effects only good. Teeth, viral issue none, . All good. But look into it for yourself..

Thank You, Dave.

HI Anya!
Thak you for the info you provide us with your newsletters! It’s so interesting and helpful!
Where is a good source for food grade Hydrogen Peroxide? I don’t always trust some labels so your input would be appreciated.
Thank you!
Anya
Hi Darlene! Thank you so much for your kind words! I trust this brand https://amzn.to/2vKeomX
Pamela
Thank you so much for all the information on hydrogen peroxide I’ve been using it all my life and had no idea it needed to be diluted.

The only grade from my research and testing it, on my temple is recommended 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, which must be properly diluted down to 3% water. I use hydrogen peroxide each night but if you have amalgram fillings, freeing the mercury vapors more rapidly. If you have amalgram fillings use other types of mouthwash.
