Oregano Oil: How to Use it to Treat All Pains, Colds, Infections, Sores without any drugs

August 7, 2018 by Anya 10 Comments

Oregano oil is the ultimate natural antibiotic known to science. Oregano is a powerful herb with incredible healing abilities. You probably never knew but oregano possesses three times more antioxidants than  blueberries. Our bodies need antioxidants to protect against free radical damage.

Why Oregano Oil  is The Ultimate  Antibiotic

Oregano oil has the highest concentration of carvacrol.

In multiple studies, carvacrol has been found to be a potent antibacterial against many strains of bacteria.   It is believed to work by destroying the cell membranes of bacteria and stopping them from replicating.

The most amazing part about carvacrol oregano oil is that it only destroys harmful bacteria while keeping beneficial probiotic bacteria intact.

This is very important because when you take a pharmaceutical antibiotic, it  destroys the trillions of bacteria which our bodies need for a lot of functions such digestion and mood. In fact, regular antibiotics destroy our gut which can lead to autism, depression, anxiety, diabetes, and more.

Oregano essential oil is a mineral density superfood.  It contains calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron,  vitamins C, A (beta-carotene), Niacin, potassium, copper, boron, manganese.

Would you like to restore your health, stop the aging process, reverse gray hair, diminish wrinkles, and get the most nutrients for the day? Follow these steps

Oregano Essential Oil  (where to find) contains four main groups of chemicals which are active healing agents. They function as antiseptics and antioxidants. They possess antiseptic,  anesthetic, antiviral, anti-inflammatory properties. Linalool and bonreol are two long-chain alcohols concentrated in oregano oil. They contain antiviral and antiseptic properties. Esters include linalyl acetate and geranyl acetate. They exhibit antifungal properties.

Oregano essential oil  protects the body and doesn’t deplete it of nutrients like regular antibiotics do.

How to Choose Oregano Essential Oil:

  • Carvacrol percentages are normally between 50% and 85%. Look for the highest percentage you can find.
  • Only buy  100% pure, raw, unprocessed, additive-free oregano oil

Steam-distilled oregano oil is higher in quality

How to Take Oregano Essential Oil

Though it’s all natural, oregano oil is still an antibiotic. You should only  take it for the short time.  Make sure to use oregano oil  with a “carrier oil.”  I personally use organic coconut oil, but olive oil can be used as well.

Hi Patricia! You can take oregano oil in a glass of water twice a day. I would use 2 drops at a time. Make sure its a therapeutic grade oil like doterra. You can find it here https://www.doterra.com/US/en/site/lahealthyliving

I found that when I took 2 drops pure oregano oil in a glass of water it felt like burning the mouth and was very difficult to take. When I mixed it in a tablespoon of olive oil or other organic unrefined oil I had no problem taking it – no more burning sensation.
