The Most Incredible Food for Women. It Helps with Hypothyroidism, Balances Hormones, Eases PMS and Makes Your Body Pretty

September 27, 2018 by Anya 6 Comments

If you haven’t yet stumbled upon Maca, you’re about to make maca your most valuable superfood. Maca has been valued for centuries for its incredible hormone and thyroid healing properties. If you give maca a chance, it will quickly become your new best friend.

What makes Maca so unique

Maca is a known adaptogen. You’ve heard of those right? This means it’s a perfect food for ‘adapting’ to your body’s unique needs.  It helps your body to function properly by regulating various systems, like your metabolism, cardiovascular system, lymphatic and nervous systems.

It greatly supports your endocrine system by stimulating your body to produce the hormone which is in a state of imbalance.

Maca for women:

  • Enhances libido
  • Enhances fertility
  • Regulates menstrual cycles
  • Improves hair growth and skin tone
  • Balances hormones
  • Controls hot flashes

Maca Balances Hormones and Heals Your Thyroid

It’s important to note that maca contains no hormones. However,  maca (here)  contains a unique set of nutrients that nourish the endocrine system and support the adrenal glands and the thyroid to produce necessary hormones in the proper dosages.

Maca for Women: Natural Curve Enhancement

Maca helps to develop a more feminine figure. It regulates your hormones and provides a higher estrogen level which results in more fat deposits in breasts, hips and the booty.

Of course, you have to be realistic, proper diet and exercise is a crucial part of how your body will function.

Personally, I prefer maca in powder form (this is the only one I recommend)  and find that it absorbs better.

What Maca did for me

My skin cleared up and my hair became much thicker! My nails got stronger too.

My menstrual cycle is on point.

Maca boosted my energy. (I don’t have to drink that much coffee any more)

And it tastes great too!

What does it do for a 60 year old woman? I could care less about the libido, more fat to the breast and butt., and menstral cycle or hot flashes. What other, if any other health benefits does it provide?
