A new study performed by scientists from Northwestern University in the U.S. discovered a link between taking aspirin daily and a higher risk of developing melanoma in men, the most dangerous form of skin cancer.
The team of scientists looked at the medical records of 195,140 patients aged 18-89 years old with no history of melanoma before. Of 1,187 of these patients who previously took aspirin, 2.19% had a later diagnosis for melanoma, compared to the 0.86% of those who were not exposed to aspirin.
Additionally, for decades people have been taking aspirin as a way to prevent stroke and heart attack. However, there has been much discussion regarding the risks associated with a daily low dose of Aspirin. In fact, did you know that taking aspirin daily can cause your brain to bleed?
A recent study, published in the Journal JAMA Neurology discovered that theuse of low-dose aspirin was associated with an overall increased risk of intracranial hemorrhage.
Doctors and researchers have knowns about the potential severe health risks associated with Aspirin so much so that the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association made it clear in March of 2019 that daily low-dose aspirin can not be recommended as a preventative tool for older adults.

If you can find a high-curcumin turmeric (like this one), one teaspoon turmeric likely has more than enough curcuminoids to be effective. Just make sure you use the spice every day for optimal benefits.
Make sure to add a pinch of black pepper. Studies show that piperine in black pepper enhances absorption of other compounds during digestion.
