- Soak your feet in water for 10-15 minutes. Then use a pumice to gently scrub your heels before you dry.
- After drying, apply a thick coat of your favorite moisturizing oil or cream and apply clean cotton socks.
Ultra-Moisturizing Homemade Foot Cream
- ¾ cup coconut oil (where to find coconut oil)
- ½ cup shea butter (where to find shea butter)
- 15 drops lavender essential oil – you can use any essential oil you wish such as tea tree to deal with fungal issues – (where to find 100% pure essential oils)
Combine the coconut oil and shea butter in a saucepan and simmer on low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the essential oil. Store in a glass jar with a lid somewhere cool.
