I have found that eating a handful of Walnuts with raw carrots is wonderful for lowering my Cholesterol and they actually taste good together. I do not know how or why it works but thank God it does. A friend told me this remedy some time back when my doctor was trying to get me on statins and I refused to take them I’m one of those who are always on the look out for alternative treatments that are inexpensive and effective. I hope this information is helpful for others battling with high Cholesterol.

Hi I eat healthy and exercise but still have high cholesterol I started taking medicine and then I couldn’t get out of bed from the muscle pain it’s been a month that I have stopped And I’m still in pain what can I take to help my cholesterol that is natural and stop the muscle pain ? I tried placing an order for wheatgrass. I tried the autofill and it puts everything in but the CVC number but I cannot even put that in manually. Then I tried putting all the info in again manually but when I got to the CVC number input, I again couldnt put it in. No phone number to contact either.

In reply to soni. Hi Soni! We do need cholesterol and most people's cholesterol is higher. How much higher is yours? I would not take statin in any case. Try natural remedies first!
