In reply to Teri. Hi Teri! Thank you so much for your kind words. I would try using arrowroot powder or any type of starch. But also if you add wheatgrass to a recipe it will neutralize baking soda.

Thank you for all your research and information. I soak it up like a sponge! Unfortunately, I can’t take your advice about deodorant because my skin reacts to baking soda. Of course, I learned that the hard way after a very painful rash under my arms after trying homemade deodorant. It’s a bummer! Baking Soda replacement?
